The Mitos extra virgin olive oil is grown in Puglia, the “heel of the boot,” and certified organic and cold-pressed for the highest quality. It comes paired with an 8-year aged balsamic vinegar from Fabbi, made with loving care in Federico Fabbi’s “acetaia” in Collegara, Italy, just outside Modena. We can think of no more exquisite way to make a vinaigrette for an insalata tricolore!
