my deepest regrets
i regret to admit that i was not able to participate in the daring baker's challenge this past october, nor the sugar high friday . however, better things should come this month!
the first to come this month...chef mark was on fox tv the other day!

hi pastry princess,
am a keen baker myself.still starting out i would say. was wondering if you can recommend me some of the books that have proven priceless guide to you in your baking, besides the Bread BAker's Apprentice? I personally have Bo Friberg's book. fundamentals of baking and pastry. still need more guidance. as much i can get really. would love your recommendations, if any. much appreciated.
